A. Tổng quan dạng bài IELTS Writing Task 1 Process

Process thường được phân ra làm 2 dạng:

• Man-Made Process: Đây là dạng Process về một quá trình sản xuất nhân tạo, một quy trình sản xuất một thứ gì đó (cà phê, sữa, v.v). Các bước sẽ được miêu tả dựa trên cấu trúc câu bị động;

• Natural Process: Ngược lại với quá trình nhân tạo có sự can thiệp của yếu tố bên ngoài, trong quá trình tự nhiên, cá thể tự phát triển và vận động, do đó sử dụng các cấu trúc ở dạng chủ động để miêu tả.

Cả 2 dạng đề tuy khác nhau về cấu trúc câu sử dụng nhưng nhìn chung, cấu trúc bài viết cũng như cách triển khai bài viết là như nhau. Thông qua bài viết này, chúng ta sẽ cùng phân tích một bài mẫu để hiểu rõ hơn các phương pháp cũng như các bước cần thiết đề viết bài cho dạng đề này một cách hiệu quả và đạt điểm cao hơn.

1. Đề bài IELTS Writing task 1 Process

The diagrams below show the stages and equipment used in the cement-making process, and how cement is used to produce concrete for building purposes.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

2. Bài Mẫu dạng IELTS Writing task 1 Process

The given diagrams illustrate the production of cement, and how to use cement to make concrete.

It is clear that there are five main stages in the process of making cement; meanwhile, only two steps are required to produce concrete.

At the first stage of producing cement, limestone and clay are put through a machine called crusher and become power. This power is then mixed and is brought into a rotating heater where it is heated in high temperature. The process continues with grinding the material and then cement is produced. At the final stage, cement is packaged into bags and is ready for the production of concrete.

Moving to the production of concrete, the first step is combining different materials – water, sand and small stones in the proportions of 10%, 25% and 50% respectively. This mixture is next put into a concrete mixer in order to become final concrete which can be used for building purposes.
